Dr. Nancy Browne DDS
Dr. Browne graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Dalhousie University in 1998. She returned home and began working at Villa Nova Dental immediately following graduation.

Dr. Rob Cochran DDS
Originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Dr. Cochran graduated with his DDS from Dalhousie’s Faculty of Dentistry, in 1999. Immediately following graduation, Rob moved to Newfoundland and Labrador and has been with the Villa Nova Dental family ever since.

Dr. Ibrahim Shahin
Dr Shahin joined the Villa Nova Dental family in the summer of 2026. Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Ibrahim moved to Newfoundland and Labrador after his graduation from the Faculty of Dentistry at Dalhousie University.

Jennifer Greenslade DDH
Born and raised in Conception Bay South, Jennifer has been a member of the Villa Nova Dental team since graduating with her Diploma in Dental Hygiene from Dalhousie University in 2007.

Michelle Taylor, DDH
Also a graduate of Dalhousie University, Michelle graduated with her DDH in 2009, and joined our team a year later. Michelle hails from the Goulds, and joined the Villa Nova family in 2010.

Lindsay Crawford DDH
Originally from Conception Bay North, Lindsay has been been with us since 2011. She joined the Villa Nova Dental family immediately after graduating from Dalhousie’s Faculty of Dental Hygiene.

Lana Hayward-King DDH
Lana is from the town of Springdale, NL. Following a period of time working as a dental assistant, in Ontario, Lana returned to continue her studies at Algonquin College’s School of Dental Hygiene. She graduated with her diploma in hygiene in 2001. She returned home to Newfoundland and Labrador in 2004. Lana joined our team in 2017.

Alanna Baird DDH
Alanna comes to the Villa Nova Dental team from St. Anthony on the Great Northern Peninsula. She joined us in 2018, following her graduation from Dalhousie’s School of Dental Hygiene.
